Rude Driver and Disrespectful Behavior in Istanbul Taxi (34 TCH 30)

Dear Istanbul Taxi Drivers Association,

I have been a loyal customer of the same taxi stand for years, but my recent experience was unacceptable. I got into a taxi with my son (license plate 34 TCH 30), and despite greeting the driver, I received no response. The driver looked visibly angry and hostile. I politely mentioned my destination and suggested two routes, asking which one was more convenient for him. Instead of a courteous reply, he rudely told me to go whichever way I wanted. When I expressed my surprise at this treatment, he became even more aggressive and told me to "complain wherever you want." At that point, I chose to leave the taxi.

I kindly request that you do not allow drivers who lack proper training and professionalism to continue in this job. These individuals damage the reputation of their fellow drivers and force us to pay high fares for such unpleasant experiences. Please take necessary action to ensure this does not happen to others.
