Metro Bus Company Denied Refund Due to Early Arrival Demands
I purchased a ticket for the 7:15 AM Metro Turizm bus. At 6:30 AM, I received a call instructing me to arrive 20 minutes early, threatening that the bus would leave without me if I didn't comply. I arrived at the terminal at 6:50 AM. When I tried to check in my luggage, the driver told me to "take it with me." When I said I didn't want to, he became aggressive and retorted, "Then let them put it there." This led to an argument between my husband and the driver, and we couldn't board the bus. The company claims I voluntarily chose not to board and refuses to refund my ticket. I bought my ticket from Obilet, but since the payment was processed by Atlas Turizm, Obilet also couldn't help. I didn't receive the service I paid for and feel mistreated.
