X (Twitter) Account Hacked And No Effective Support Provided

My X (Twitter) account with the username @IlkayToktasli was hacked on May 11, 2026, at 08:05. At that time, I received a verification code on my phone even though I had not requested any login or security action. Immediately afterwards, I saw that I had been logged out of my X account. When I tried to log back in and reset my password, I realized that my password and registered email address had been changed, and the phone number associated with the account had been removed, so I completely lost access to my account. In addition, the attackers changed the account’s username and profile picture without my consent. Following this incident, I repeatedly used the official support channels and account recovery / hacked account forms of X/Twitter. However, I received only standard, template-style responses stating that you could not help, and no concrete solution or guidance was provided for recovering my account, even though it is clear that the account has been taken over without my consent. Since I could not get any results through your support channels, I also filed a complaint through the Şikayetvar Turkey platform to document the situation and request an effective solution. I request that a detailed security review be carried out for my account to determine whether any posts, messages, or actions performed since the date of the takeover were made without my knowledge and consent, and I clearly state that I do not accept any responsibility for any posts or activities carried out on the account after it was compromised. After carrying out the necessary identity and security verifications, I request that my account be returned to me. If for any reason it is not technically possible to return the account to me, I request that the account be permanently and irreversibly closed in order to prevent any further misuse under my name.
