I Can’t Login to My Happn Account Because They Closed It Without Warning

I’ve been using Happn for a while, and suddenly my account was closed without any explanation. I tried logging in this morning only to see an error message saying my access is restricted. I never received any warning or notification about violating a rule, so I’m shocked that my profile was disabled “just because.” I rely on this app to meet people, and now I can’t access any of my messages or matches. Not only is this inconvenient, but it feels unfair and arbitrary that you can shut my account off at any time without telling me why.

I demand an immediate response and full restoration of my Happn account. If there was a problem, you should have informed me first. Please reopen my account right away and let me know the specific reason this happened. I need access now.
