I’m absolutely frustrated with Happn for banning my account for no reason at all. One moment I was using the app normally, and the next thing I know, I’m locked out without warning or explanation. I didn’t violate any guidelines, break any rules, or engage in any inappropriate behavior. Yet, my account was taken down — and I want it reinstated immediately.
What’s even worse is that I had active conversations and friends on the app, and now I’ve lost all of that because of an unjustified ban. This feels completely unfair and arbitrary. I had no idea that this platform would be so glitchy and unreliable, and I never received any notice or warning before this happened.
I’m asking Happn to review my case, restore my account, and provide a real explanation for why it was suspended in the first place. I expect a dating app to handle users with more transparency and fairness. Please take this seriously and return my account.
