I Got Banned from Happn After 2 Days of Normal Use

I downloaded the Happn app and used it for only two days, following all the rules and behaving respectfully. I didn’t violate any community guidelines. On May 30, I logged out around 5 a.m., and by the time I woke up at 8 a.m., I saw that my account had been suspended without any warning or explanation.
I have sent multiple emails through Gmail to request clarification and a review of my account, but I haven’t received a single response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable for a platform that deals with real people and their data.
I demand that Happn review and reactivate my account immediately. I deserve a proper explanation and resolution, not silence.
