My Happn account has suddenly been banned without any explanation, and I can no longer access it. I’ve been using Happn for years without ever encountering a problem, so this unexpected suspension is both confusing and frustrating. I haven’t received any warning or email stating why my account was blocked.
I’ve tried logging in multiple times—both through my Google account and using my phone number—but nothing works. It simply denies me access and gives no guidance on how to resolve the issue. I’ve followed all the app’s terms and conditions and don’t believe I’ve violated any rules.
I’m asking Happn to urgently review my account and lift the unjustified ban. I’ve been a loyal user, and I deserve transparency and access to the platform I’ve trusted for years. Please restore my account and allow me to continue using the app without further delay.
