I Got Permanently Banned from Happn After Reopening My Account and Can’t Log In

I had been using Happn for a while and at one point decided to stop using my account. Since I couldn’t find an option to fully delete it, I closed it using an alternate profile photo. Later, I reopened the same account and continued using it without any issues. I repeated this process once more—this time with the intention of keeping the account active.

However, just two days after reopening it, my account was suddenly and permanently banned. I didn’t receive any warning, explanation, or message about the suspension. Now I can’t log in at all, and there’s no way for me to recover or access my account.

I’m requesting an immediate review of my account and a clear explanation of why it was banned. If no rules were violated, I expect my access to be restored without delay. I’ve invested time into building my profile and connections, and I believe this ban was unfair. Please investigate and take action as soon as possible.
