I have been unable to access my Happn account for two weeks because it keeps showing “banned user,” even though I never did anything wrong. I’ve tried logging in with my phone number and email address countless times, but nothing works. Every time I open the app, I’m met with the same message and no opportunity to appeal or understand why I’m blocked.
This is incredibly frustrating. I depend on Happn to meet new people in my area, and suddenly being locked out without explanation feels unfair. I’ve checked that I didn’t violate any rules, yet there’s no customer support response to my emails. I demand that Happn review my account immediately and restore access. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will consider canceling my account and warning others to avoid this app.
