I purchased a Haier dryer but despite multiple calls to customer service, the promised service visits never materialized. Each time I was assured of a callback for an appointment, yet no one ever followed up. Fed up with the delays, I've decided to cancel the service and return the machine. If I encounter any issues after failing to even get it installed, I fear I'll be stuck waiting for months. To top it off, the product started emitting a foul odor right from the start, leaving me deeply disappointed with this Chinese-made purchase.

Haier customer service did not resolve the issue. When I called the service myself and said that I would return it if they did not come, they came the very next day.

The communication issue was finally resolved, and my machine was installed very quickly and carefully. The friend who came for the service was particularly attentive and knowledgeable. First, I would like to thank the friend who provided the service, and then the entire Haier family.
