In April and May 2024, I purchased both a Haier dishwasher and a Haier washing machine—and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The service network is almost non-existent. When I call Haier customer service, they always say, “We’ve reported your issue, someone will contact you soon,” but no one ever calls back.
I’ve had to call multiple times, and each time it’s the same story. Eventually, they agree on a service appointment based on my availability, but then they call back at completely different hours or never show up at all. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
For a brand like Haier, this level of after-sales service failure is unacceptable. I expect my issue to be properly addressed and reliable technical support to be provided as soon as possible.
