Pocket Broker Keeps Rejecting Verification Documents Repeatedly

I am having an ongoing issue with Pocket Broker regarding the verification of my documents for my account. Although I take clear photos and provide a valid ID, the system keeps rejecting my documents every time I try to complete the verification. Most recently, I attempted the verification process tonight, but my documents were again constantly rejected without any clear reason or explanation. This situation prevents me from using the service properly and is causing me serious inconvenience. I contacted Pocket Broker customer support about this issue, but so far I have not received any response or assistance, and I still do not know what is allegedly wrong with my documents. I request that my document verification problem be resolved as soon as possible, that my documents be reviewed and approved if they meet the requirements, or that I be given a clear explanation of what needs to be corrected so I can successfully complete the verification process.
