I purchased a Haier HAI.XF 6B2M3PW dishwasher from Media Markt, and it has been nothing but trouble. The machine leaves water inside, with puddles forming on all the plastic parts. I've tried every program, but none work properly. When I reported that the machine wasn't drying, a service technician came to my home, agreed with me, and recorded a video of the issue. A replacement machine was sent and installed, but it was equally problematic.
The new dishwasher also leaves soapy water on the inner walls, water droplets on washed pans, and water on the interior plastic parts. I contacted service again, and another technician confirmed the problem, recorded a video, and assured me that the central office would resolve it. I expressed my desire to return the machine. The videos were sent to the company, and I received an email stating that the machine's performance was normal and that they would not accept a return.
The service report stated, "Checked. No problem found. The device is normal." I was told to seek help from the Consumer Arbitration Board. Media Markt refuses to take back the product, and the service center won't authorize a return. Haier (Candy Group) has prohibited service centers from issuing return authorizations.
