Since January, I have been facing a problem with a Famradar subscription that is being renewed without my authorization. I realized, notably around 19 April, that a total amount of 211,90 has been debited for this subscription, even though I did not wish to continue the service. I would like to cancel this subscription, but I am unable to access the Famradar website and I cannot find any official page or access in order to manage or terminate my subscription. As a result, I have no way to cancel it or contact customer service through the usual channels. I request the immediate cancellation of my Famradar subscription, the blocking of any future payments, and a full refund of the total amount of 211,90 that has been debited without my consent.
