“Haier Company took back the product and refunded my payment exactly 3 months after the date I filed my complaint. Of course, I am sure that our application to the 'Consumer Arbitration Committee' had a significant contribution to this outcome. Although it was slow, I thank Haier for the product return and refund.”

We went to Media Markt to buy a dishwasher. The employee couldn't stop praising this "Haier" brand and it won us over. We made the mistake of buying this Haier dishwasher. The Haier dishwasher arrived at our house. It smelled awfully of rubber while still in the plastic wrap. We asked the service technician, who said it would go away with use. Then the dishwasher was installed and we started using it. The smell didn't just disappear, it actually got worse. Meanwhile, the dishes weren't getting any cleaner. Furthermore, the cutlery had turned completely white and wasn't getting any cleaner at all. We called Haier customer service and reported the situation. The service came, took photos, and left. We called customer service again and asked about the situation and they said it was normal. Imagine! Not only was the cutlery missing, but the smell made it impossible to enter the kitchen, but it was normal. We can't use the dishwasher right now because it might damage other dishes, but it was normal. I hope this problem is resolved and I hereby inform you that we will file a Consumer Rights complaint.

They have automated this response as well. As soon as a complaint is received, they send this. However, they do not take any action. So nothing changes. This situation will be a good reflection for those who are considering buying 'Haier' brand white goods. As of Monday, I will apply to the 'Consumer Rights Court.' As far as I understand, the issue will be resolved this way.
