1win KYC Verification Rejected and Withdrawal Still Missing
I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing with my 1win account, specifically with a bank transfer withdrawal and the KYCID verification process. On 9 May 2026 - 02.57 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 31,170,000 IDR via bank mandiri transfer from my 1win account with ID : 362557*** but the funds have not been processed. i've been waiting for a long time. After contacting 1win customer support about this issue, I was instructed to write email to [email protected]. I followed this instruction and then received a reply from the verification team with a link to complete KYCID. Through that link I submitted my ID document, my driver’s license, and even my passport. Despite providing all these documents, my verification was declined without any clear explanation, and I still do not understand the reason for this rejection. In addition to the unresolved withdrawal, now cannot even log in to my 1win account, which prevents me from accessing my balance and seeing what is happening with my WITHDRAWAL status. I request that my access to my 1win account be restored, and that my withdrawal of 31,170,000 IDR Rupiah via bank mandiri transfer be processed as soon as possible. I expect a transparent and prompt resolution to this situation.
