Turkcell Mobile Data Disappears Faster Than Expected
I have been a Turkcell customer for years and am currently subscribed to the “Dolu Süper 30 GB” plan. In the past, my monthly data allowance comfortably lasted until the end of the billing cycle and sometimes even carried over into the following month. However, since September, the situation has changed dramatically. My data allowance now runs out before I even reach the middle of the month.
I have fixed internet connections at both home and work, and I spend almost all of my time in one of these two locations. I am not someone who regularly watches videos or consumes large amounts of online content. My mobile data usage is mainly limited to navigation and basic everyday activities. Despite this, both my 30 GB allowance and even my additional data benefits are being depleted unusually quickly. When I check my usage details, I also notice that my data balance appears to be decreasing at an unreasonable rate.
I find this situation extremely concerning and feel that customers are being treated unfairly. Charging high prices while failing to provide a reasonable and transparent service only leaves customers feeling exploited. I believe mobile operators that put customers in this position will only take these complaints seriously when faced with strong public criticism and boycotts. I intend to warn everyone around me who uses Turkcell and encourage them to consider switching to another operator.
The last four digits of my phone number are 8293.
I request a detailed investigation into my mobile data usage and a clear, understandable explanation of why my data allowance has been running out so quickly. If any incorrect usage calculation, billing error, or other unfair practice is identified, I expect Turkcell to take corrective action and compensate me for any resulting loss.
If this issue is not properly addressed, I will consider filing complaints with the relevant authorities. I will also continue warning people around me who are considering Turkcell about my experience.
I expect a transparent investigation and a satisfactory resolution to this matter
