H&M Charged But Order Does Not Proceed

I was charged through the H&M App but my order seem not to proceed in the app. The transaction was completely charged but no order status appears on my account. This is frustrating. I hope H&M would either proceed with my order or give me a refund as soon as possible.

I haven't received the refund yet but I trust your process. I will continue transacting again once I get the refund. Thanks.
