“Thank you for the fixing the problem Asap. I ordered again and it works well this time.”
I was charged through the H&M App but my order seem not to proceed in the app. The transaction was completely charged but no order status appears on my account. This is frustrating. I hope H&M would either proceed with my order or give me a refund as soon as possible.
