H&M Wrong Size Shipping Issue
First of all, payments were constantly deducted, yet no orders were processed. Despite being instructed to wait 48 hours and try again, I encountered the same issue three times. Naturally, the items I intended to purchase were sold out during this time, which only added to the inconvenience. While they offered a 10% discount to offset the inconvenience, this cannot serve as a solution. Now that the order has been placed and the product has arrived, I realized they sent the wrong size—2-3 years instead of 4-6 months. They claim there's no option for a resend from the warehouse, blaming it on incorrect uploading to the site. It's frustrating that such mistakes are recurring from a large corporation like yours. Even small businesses manage inventory discrepancies better—admit when a product is unavailable. Offering discount codes won't erase grievances. When I mentioned filing a complaint with Customer Services and Consumer Rights, their response was dismissive, saying they recommend it too. It's becoming a joke.
