Wrong Product Sent by H&M – Frustrating Experience After Week-Long Delivery

I ordered a product from H&M, and after waiting a full week, they sent me the wrong item. The difference between what I ordered and what I received is huge, and I am extremely frustrated. Do I really have to deal with returns every time I place an order?
This experience has left me so disappointed that I don’t plan on shopping at H&M again.
