I had ordered three t-shirts from the H&M mobile app. One of them has a tear on the front. The products I purchased arrived a few weeks ago, but I only had the chance to wear them today. My order was already delivered late due to the holiday, but sending a defective product was not nice at all.

"H&M customer service got back to me on the third day and provided information for me to send the products with the return code they gave. The products arrived at the address I sent within 2 days. My refund was issued the next day. Thank you for the quick action and help. My request to the company is to remove products that deform this quickly from sale."
