When I wore the seasonal cardigan that I bought at the end of the season from the H&M store last year, I realized that it was a defective product with a weaving error. When I took it to the store, the error was accepted, but I was told that the transaction could not be made because I did not provide the receipt for the product from 11 months ago, even though they saw the receipt of my purchase in the application. When I called customer service to help with this issue, they said they only looked at online shopping. At the end of the day, she accepts that the product she put in the brand section is defective and then there is nothing she can do. Sad!
