Problematic Grundig Dishwasher, Seeking Replacement
My Grundig gdf 9602 dishwasher keeps having problems, and the authorized service records confirm this. I'm not happy with this ongoing problem and I want a new machine to replace the one that's not working properly. Even though we've asked Grundig multiple times to replace it, they keep refusing to approve the exchange. I'm annoyed with the constant issues in my Grundig dishwasher. It's all documented in the service records. I've asked multiple times for a replacement because of these problems, but every time, Grundig has said no to the exchange. I'm not happy because they keep saying no when I ask for a replacement for my dishwasher, even though it keeps having problems.
