Samsung Dishwasher Won't Dry the Dishes, They're Left with Drops

Since the day I bought it, the machine always leaves the inside wet, and the dishes come out with spots. I've called the service multiple times, and they came to check it, but they treated it as if everything was normal. I absolutely do not recommend it. Even if a week passes, the inside of the machine remains wet, and this will cause it to rust in less than a year. But the engineers treated it as if it's normal. I don't understand their definition of normal. I'm complaining about this situation, and it's frustrating. This dishwasher is not living up to my expectations, and I'm dissatisfied with the service response. It's a disappointment, and I wish I had chosen a different brand.
