Premature Rusting and Peeling Paint on the Grundig GDF 6502 Dishwasher

On June 1, 2020, I purchased a Grundig GDF 6502 6-Program Dishwasher from an online store. The washing performance fell short of my expectations, despite exclusively choosing Grundig for all my appliances, except the refrigerator, from the same site. None of the products, including the dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner, met my expectations. In the span of three years, I even sold the washing machine and vacuum cleaner, opting for other brands. While I could tolerate the dishwasher's washing performance, the metal and plastic components showed signs of wear and tear equivalent to a poorly treated appliance over 6-7 years in just three years. As evident in the attached photos, the paint is peeling off in many places on the metal frame, and rust has started to form. Additionally, there are problems like paint peeling on plastic parts. Despite sharing this with Grundig Turkey's service, I received no satisfactory outcome and inadequate attention. Moreover, there was no explanation for the issue, and the proposed solution is to replace the metal frame, which comes with a hefty price tag. I regret choosing Grundig; I am thoroughly dissatisfied with both the products and the after-sales services.
