I own a Grundig 65 GGU 9760 model television that I purchased from Media Markt in Kağıthane. Since early January 2025, the screen has developed visible stain-like marks, similar to water spots. This issue has now been ongoing for about nine months.
During this period, I contacted authorized service centers four to five times. In February, the Eyüp Sultan service team informed me that the screen had been replaced, but they did not provide me with any receipt or official documentation of this repair. Even after that intervention, the problem persisted. In subsequent visits, the service technicians claimed they needed to personally witness the issue in action, but no real solution was offered, and the defect remains unresolved.
My television is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, and no payment has ever been requested from me. However, despite being under warranty and repeatedly reporting the same defect, my problem has not been permanently resolved. The persistent stains on the screen make it impossible to enjoy the TV as intended.
I am requesting an immediate resolution to this matter. Specifically, I demand that my television be replaced with a new unit, as repeated service visits and the supposed screen replacement have failed to correct the defect.
