We purchased a 'Grundig 75" GHU 9000 4K UHD Smart TV' from the İzmir Bornova Teknosa Extra store for ₺40,029.00. I noticed there was light leakage on the screen. I shared these documents with Grundig via WhatsApp, but they still haven’t provided a satisfactory resolution or refunded my money, and they keep stalling.
