Grundig Refuses to Refund My Defective 75" GHU 9000 TV Despite Consumer Board Ruling

We purchased a 'Grundig 75" GHU 9000 4K UHD Smart TV' from the İzmir Bornova Teknosa Extra store for ₺40,029.00. I noticed there was light leakage on the screen. I explained that this TV was defective and that I wanted to return it. However, despite notifying the Grundig company, they have continuously delayed and complicated the return process to avoid accepting the return request. I then filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, which ruled in my favor. I shared these documents with Grundig via WhatsApp, but they still haven’t provided a satisfactory resolution or refunded my money, and they keep stalling. I have been dealing with this issue for over a year, and the problem remains unresolved.
