Samsung 65S95C OLED TV Dark Screen Spot

I purchased a Samsung 65S95C OLED TV from Media Markt Mersin on November 11. During the initial setup on November 15, the service personnel left fingerprints on the screen. The service representative suggested cleaning it with a damp microfiber cloth. However, after gently cleaning the fingerprints with a damp fiber cloth, a persistent purple stain appeared on the black screen. Despite being less than a month old, when I contacted the service, they claimed there was no solution for this issue. Even when I reached out to Samsung's customer service, they couldn't find a resolution and redirected me to the service again. From what I've read on other complaint forums, this issue seems to stem from a malfunction in the anti-static screen coating that prevents sun glare, affecting all Samsung OLED TVs. The service's refusal to take responsibility for the stain created during installation, coupled with the company's inability to provide any resolution, is an unacceptable situation.
