I bought a Grundig TV in 2020. It's the 65GDU7810B model. During the first week, the TV had problems with the screen, so I asked for a new one. So, basically, after a while, near the end of the warranty, these lines showed up on the screen and messed up the LED panel. Even though I asked for a replacement, they told me they could only do repairs. I sent the TV to be repaired because the secondary LED panel wasn't working properly. The TV got fixed, but after 4 years of having it, there's another problem with the LED panel and it's back to being out of service. Now, they're suggesting a repair cost of 3800 ₺. The device is just 4 years old, and it has had one replacement and two issues with the LED panel. I need a new device replacement. If this doesn't happen, I'll reach out to the Consumer Protection Court.
