Grundig (Gknd 5311) Refrigerator Is Noisily Operating

We bought a Grundig Gknd 5311 fridge a month ago because it had a cool blue light and was advertised as being quiet. It was something they mentioned later, but the seller made sure to highlight how quiet it was. Who wants a loud refrigerator while we're in the kitchen? It's really annoying because there's this constant noise that won't go away. How can this fridge be quiet? We used to think that some sounds were normal, but our device was always making noise. When we called for help, they gave us a weird explanation, saying that even if they replaced it, the same problem would happen again. Why do they promote it as 'quiet' with a specific decibel rating when it's obviously not? Also, the drawer for vegetables came without a wheel, and there were problems with the handles. They replaced all of them. We spent a ton of money and we're still dealing with issues. We're starting to think they sold us a used model for display. Please address our concerns; we should not lose trust in the Arçelik brand.
