Noisy Arçelik Fridge From Day One, Unresolved Despite Service Calls!

As a long-time Arçelik customer, I've noticed a chronic issue with the refrigerator I purchased, which has been making noise since day one. The creaking from the door and incessant "clicking" noises are incredibly disruptive, giving the sensation of someone being in the kitchen at night. Despite numerous attempts to address the problem, including visits from the service team who identified a faulty seal, there has been no resolution. Following their instructions, I even replaced the ice compartment, but the issues persisted after ten days. The intermittent, yet bothersome, noise forces us to keep the kitchen door closed constantly. I possess all necessary documentation and hereby request a replacement for the defective product. I want to emphasize my dissatisfaction and the chronic nature of the problem since the purchase. I have recordings and videos as evidence, and the service personnel can attest to these noises. I kindly request prompt action and intend to escalate this matter to the Arbitration Board if necessary.

The issue is still ongoing. An application has been made to the Arbitration Committee. The company's response is that it has been referred to an expert and put on the agenda. It has not yet been resolved. Are we forming a cabinet? Are we appointing a minister? I kindly request that a large company like Arçelik shows that it stands by its customer and resolves this issue promptly.
