Vestel NF52111 Refrigerator Has Noise Issues Since Installation and No Support

I purchased a set of four home appliances from the Vestel Sancaktepe store, including the NF52111 model refrigerator, which has had a noisy operation issue since installation. I reported the problem within the first week, but the technician who visited claimed it was "normal." However, especially in the evenings, the refrigerator makes an excessive amount of noise. We believe the issue is due to damage during transportation, as it was handled roughly and dropped hard. Repairing the fridge is not an option, as we haven't even moved into the house yet; we’re only using the fridge for water and beverages. Despite this, customer service keeps suggesting repairs. What's the point of buying a new product if it needs repair right away? This is unacceptable. I will not accept a repair for a brand-new product; this is clearly a defect. In addition to writing this complaint here, I will be taking the matter to other complaint platforms to seek my rights. Buying from Vestel has been a real disappointment. We will test the remaining products soon and see if we encounter similar issues. How can this be considered normal for a new product? Another household is using the same model, but they don’t experience the noise. When I asked a different retailer, they said, "This model shouldn’t be making that much noise."

The noise coming from the refrigerator has increased, and unfortunately, we are unable to resolve the issue with Vestel. Since they cannot provide a solution to the problem with the refrigerator, I will escalate the matter to higher authorities.

I bought a set of four white goods from the Vestel Sancaktepe store. Since the NF52111 model refrigerator was installed, it has had a noise problem. We think the problem with the product arose during transportation because it was moved with very harsh movements, hit, and placed on the ground harshly during transport. Repairing the refrigerator is out of the question. We haven't moved into the house yet; we're only using it to store water and drinks. Despite this, customer service is talking about a repair option. What is the purpose of buying a new product? We do not accept a repair; this is unacceptable. We bought the product as new, and it is unacceptable for a new product to be repaired.
