Arçelik EB 2081 Deep Freezer Started Making Noise and Service Is Not Resolving It

I purchased the Arçelik deep freezer model EB 2081 in June 2023, but at the beginning of November 2024, it started making an incredibly loud noise. When I first called the service center, they suggested that the issue was due to the leveling of the legs. I adjusted the legs myself, but the noise persisted. The sound from the device became extremely disturbing, especially at night. I then called the service center, and a technician from the authorized service came, but his negative attitude was shocking. Without even listening to the device, he abruptly asked, "What happened?" I played a recording of the noise, and he claimed it was the motor sound, something that might happen when it starts. I explained that I had been using the product for over a year without such an issue and that the noise had only started in the past month. He aggressively responded with, "Fine, let’s change the motor and the board." My freezer is relatively new, and it’s concerning that both the motor and board would need replacement after just a year. Upon researching this model, I discovered that many others reported similar problems and that the product has been discontinued. I am requesting a replacement for my unit with a new one. I have been discussing this with the service center, but they are stalling instead of resolving the issue.
