Check your X subscription;

• Confirm:

– Auto-renew status
– Next billing date
• Screenshot details

Check App Store / Google Play;

• Open Subscriptions
• Look for X Premium / Grok
• Cancel auto-renew immediately

Contact X Support;

• Submit a billing request
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots

• Request:
– Refund
– Cancellation confirmation
