I purchased a SuperGrok subscription through Grok, but since yesterday I have been trying to cancel it and the system keeps giving me an error. My subscription continues to appear as active. I receive a warning on the screen indicating that the cancellation is not being processed and that the subscription remains active, so I cannot end my subscription.
I contacted Grok customer service about this issue, but I have not received any response. I am unable to cancel the subscription on my own, and I am also unable to get any solution from the support team.
Because of this situation, I have already been charged $28. I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the $28 refund I am requesting be issued to me.
