On May 10, 2026, I noticed that approximately $37 was charged from my bank card by Grok after a trial membership period, without my permission or knowledge.
When I checked the transaction details, I saw that the invoice was dated May 9 and issued under invoice number HJTT7HBG-0002.
I did not receive any 3D Secure confirmation or approval request for this payment. In addition, I was not informed in advance about any subscription renewal, automatic payment, or membership continuation related to this charge.
Even though I had already canceled my trial membership, the amount was still withdrawn from my card without my authorization. Because of this, I consider the transaction unauthorized and unacceptable.
Today, I sent an email to Grok regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response or support.
I request a full refund of the approximately $37 charged to my card without my consent under invoice number HJTT7HBG-0002, and I expect the amount to be returned completely to my bank card as soon as possible.
