Disputing an Unauthorized Grok Membership Charge
On June 24, 2026, I noticed that a $28 membership fee was charged to my card under the name Grok without my permission or approval. I did not knowingly purchase a Grok subscription anywhere, and I cannot find any record showing that I signed up for one. The transaction appears on my card statement as a “purchase,” which makes me believe this was an unauthorized and unexpected charge.
After noticing this issue, I submitted a support request to Grok, but I have not received any response so far. No explanation has been provided about the transaction, and my issue has not been resolved.
I request that the unauthorized $28 charge be refunded to me immediately and in full.
