Grok Charged Me After I Canceled Subscription—Refund Requested
I purchased a trial version through Grok and canceled both the trial and my Plus subscription the very next day. Despite canceling all subscriptions, a membership fee of $43 was charged to my card without my knowledge or approval on March 24, 2026, at 4:19 AM. The transaction was made using my Yapı Kredi Bank virtual card.
After this charge, I contacted both Grok and my bank to dispute the unauthorized transaction and request a refund. I do not accept being charged even though I canceled my subscription on time.
I request that the $43 charged without my permission for a canceled subscription be refunded to my Yapı Kredi Bank virtual card as soon as possible, and that no further charges be made to my account.
