I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made through X/Twitter for the automatic renewal of my Grok subscription. On 02.04, an amount of $30 was deducted from my bank card for a Grok subscription renewal, even though I did not intend to renew this service and was not clearly informed about any upcoming charge. I originally connected/purchased the Grok subscription on X/Twitter on 26.03.2025, and I was not made sufficiently aware that it would renew automatically with a $30 fee. After noticing the unexpected charge, I contacted Grok/X support multiple times. So far I have sent a total of five emails to their support address regarding this issue, but I have not received any response at all. The complete lack of feedback, combined with a charge that I did not clearly consent to, is very concerning and disappointing. I kindly request a full refund of the $30 charged to my bank card and the immediate cancellation of the Grok subscription on X/Twitter to prevent any further charges. I would appreciate it if this matter could be handled urgently and I am ready to provide any additional information or documents required to complete the refund process. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and look forward to a clear written response.
