SuperGrok Subscription Charged Automatically Without Consent
A $30 charge was made to my card for a SuperGrok subscription without my knowledge or approval. I was using the app under a trial period, but after the trial ended, the subscription fee was automatically charged without any confirmation screen, notification, or clear warning.
The payment was taken from my Mastercard on March 24, 2026, at around 7:06 AM, and an additional transaction fee of about $0 was also applied. I did not approve this payment, and I did not receive any SMS, email, or in-app notification regarding the transaction. I am submitting this complaint directly without having contacted the company yet.
I request that this unauthorized $30 subscription fee be refunded to my card/account as soon as possible and that my subscription be canceled.
