Grok Unauthorized Subscription Took $41 From My Card
On March 7, 2026, a subscription to an AI service called Grok was created without my explicit consent, and $41 was charged to my card. Since I did not authorize such a subscription, I canceled it immediately after noticing it; however, the $41 charge remains on my card and has not been refunded.
I noticed the transaction through my Enpara debit card, and I have the receipt available. I have not received any response from the company regarding this issue, and the problem has not been resolved so far.
I request that the $41 charged for this unauthorized subscription be refunded to me as soon as possible.
