Grok Solutions Charged 125 Out Of My Account Without Permission
Today I discovered that $125 was withdrawn from my United Bank Visa debit card by a company called Grok Solutions, without my permission and without any prior knowledge or relationship with this company. I have never opened an account with Grok Solutions, never used any of their services, and had not even heard of them before seeing this transaction. On my bank activity, the charge appears as a debit transaction. Because United Bank’s customer service line cannot be reached after 6 p.m., I have not yet been able to speak with the bank or their fraud department about this unauthorized charge. I am very concerned that my card details have been used without my consent and that further unauthorized debits might occur. I request a full refund of the $125 that was taken without authorization, a thorough investigation into how this transaction was processed, and that any future charges from Grok Solutions or related entities be blocked. I also expect clear information on how my card details were used and what measures will be taken to protect my account going forward.
