Grok Subscription Missing After Payment Through Paycell
Even though payments I believe belong to the Grok AI app were charged to my card through Paycell, there is no active subscription showing in my Grok account. On March 25 at 2:55:33 PM, a charge of $41 was made, and it appears that at least one similar payment had been taken previously as well.
I realized that even though payment was collected for Grok, my Premium membership was not activated in my account. There is no active subscription visible in the app.
I request that the Premium membership corresponding to these payments made through Paycell be fully and properly activated in my account, and that my subscription be clearly visible in the system.
