Greenmotion Car Rental Ankara - Oil Issue Ruined My Rental Experience
I rented a car from Greenmotion Car Rental at Ankara Esenboğa, and the vehicle they provided had no oil, causing significant inconvenience. When the oil warning light came on, I checked and found the car was completely out of oil. I called their support around noon, and they told me the car needed to be towed to a service center. The car was finally picked up from my home by a tow truck at around 3:30 PM on Sunday, June 7th. My original rental was supposed to end at 10:00 AM on June 8th.
Despite this being their fault, they refused to refund the fee for the early return, citing the time difference as an excuse. To make matters worse, they didn’t provide a replacement vehicle, using the location as another excuse. My entire Sunday was wasted due to their negligence. What if something had happened to me on the road? This company hides behind excuses rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes.
