Shocking Green Motion Fees - A Dispute Over a 1cm Trunk Scratch

I rented a mid-range car from Sabiha Gökçen Greenmotion Rent A Car for a single day. Upon my return, I was shocked to receive a bill of over ₺3000+VAT for a 1 cm scratch on the trunk. If I had caused the scratch, I would have admitted it. However, despite my objections, I was still charged. Even if I inadvertently caused it, the park sensors make it unlikely. Even if another person had touched it, ₺3600 is ridiculous!

I have been a dedicated customer for six years, renting numerous times, but have never faced such a problem until now. Unfortunately, this will be my final rental with this company. Even after asking for more information and raising concerns about the fee, I still haven't heard back from the main office. I won't do business with a company that doesn't prioritize customer happiness. It's not the quantity that matters, but the unfairness of charging ₺3600 for just a 1 cm scratch. Greenmotion should be ashamed for mishandling this process and putting customer loyalty at risk.

If a suitable response is not provided, I will take all required actions and outline each step on all social media platforms.
