No Update on Green Motion Rental Car Repairs After Over a Month
I rented a car from Green Motion on October 18, 2024, and unfortunately had an accident on October 20, 2024. Since then, the car has been sitting unused for over a month and five days. Despite my repeated attempts to get updates, I have received no clear information from either the service center or Green Motion’s customer service.
The only update I was provided was that the car had been towed to a service center. However, when I contacted the service center, they claimed they had no record of the vehicle. Green Motion has shown no interest in resolving the issue or keeping me informed. I demand immediate clarification about the car’s status and an explanation for this delay.
