Green Motion Refund Delay for Rental Car Returned at Coventry Airport
On November 24, 2024, I returned a rental car to Green Motion at Coventry Airport, which I had originally rented on November 21, 2024. The transaction was processed through my credit card, and I returned the car earlier than planned. I was informed that the remaining balance would be refunded to my card.
However, it has been over a week, and I still have not received the refund. I contacted the branch twice, but no clear resolution or timeframe was provided. Each time, I was told this delay is due to "company procedures," which I find unacceptable.
While the branch manager and staff were polite and helpful during the rental and return process, the company’s overall handling of the refund is disappointing. I request immediate action to process my refund without further delay.
