Green Motion Gave Me a Vehicle With a Dead Battery Then Blamed Me for Engine Damage
We rented a car, but it had a dead battery, and we ended up stuck on the road twice. We had to go back to the airport to swap the car. We were shocked to hear that just 15 minutes after we returned the car in great shape, they said the engine was leaking water. They wouldn't give us a replacement car and even said that after checking it out, we might have to pay for it. This whole thing seemed like a setup since the car came back without any noticeable problems. Rather than fixing the issue, they just made things more stressful, and now I’m worried about getting charged for something that wasn’t our fault.
