I rented a car from Greenmotion Airport AVM - Ataköy branch on 26.11.2021. I called the call center to inquire until what time I could return the car. They assured me I could return it by 22:00. When I arrived at the mall, the office had closed at 20:00, so I couldn't return the car and had to wait until the next morning when the office opened. Due to the call center's misinformation, I was charged an extra day's rental fee. I protested and informed them I would take legal action. Later, when I tried to rent another car, I was told they were prohibited from renting to me. It seems Greenmotion denies service to customers who challenge unfair charges, like the unjust extra day's fee.
