Green Motion Refused to Honor My Car Rental Reservation
On July 3, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m., I went to the Green Motion Yenibosna office to pick up an automatic mid-size rental car under reservation number YL-10847571. However, I was informed that the vehicle could not be provided to me. No explanation or valid reason was given. Being told simply that the car would not be available caused me significant inconvenience and resulted in both lost time and unexpected expenses.
Because I still needed to complete my planned trip, I was forced to make alternative arrangements, which resulted in financial losses of approximately $90. When I spoke with the staff at the rental office, I was told that nothing could be done at that time and that I would receive a response within three days.
I request reimbursement for the approximately $90 in losses I incurred as a result of Green Motion's failure to honor my confirmed reservation. I also ask that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent similar situations from affecting other customers in the future.
